Cucina del Teatro was born at the foot of the steps in Via di San Simone, a place of historical interest where the Alcazar theater once stood: famous for the debut of the great actor Ettore Petrolini.

Cucina del Teatro has a Roman soul. In addition to the classic Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe, new seasonal recipes with a personal and innovative touch. We only use fresh products, in fact we are proud not to have a freezer!
